Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within Canada only. Orders cannot be delivered outside Canada due to alcohol shipping regulations.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. Liquor Ex Outlet is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Local deliveries: 1–3 business days
  • Regional deliveries: 2–5 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand periods.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order size and weight
  • Selected courier service

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Age Verification

Liquor Ex Outlet complies with Canadian alcohol laws. To receive an order:

  • The recipient must be at least 19 years old
  • Government-issued photo ID may be required upon delivery
  • The courier may refuse delivery if age verification cannot be confirmed

Alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended at the door and must be received by an eligible adult.

Delivery Hours

Orders containing alcohol may only be delivered during legally permitted hours, depending on local regulations.

Failed Deliveries

If no eligible adult is available to accept the delivery:

  • The courier may attempt redelivery
  • The package may be returned to the local courier facility
  • Additional delivery fees may apply

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, all sales are final once an order has been shipped.

However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will assist in the following situations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund where applicable

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Claims may take 5–10 business days depending on the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened alcohol bottles
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or promotional items
  • Products returned without original packaging
